Each guild has a board positioned somewhere called a Mission Board. When a request is sent in by any person or a group of people to a particular guild or all guilds this is called a job, or mission. Each job varies and all have varying rewards ranging from monetary to a certain item or items.
To accept a posted job, a reply must be made on the job's thread stating that you are claiming it and a message must be sent to the thread creator for further details on the mission.
A request must include a title, description, reward, difficulty (solo to you probably need a group of x amount), and length of time if there is a time constraint. If a time constraint is in place it is up to the requester to make clear how the reward will be affected based off the amount of time spent on the job.
Certain jobs may have a difficulty of 'Unknown', these are normally quite difficult but offer high rewards.
Jobs will be primarily NPC, but PCs are more than welcome to create requests as well. Simply post the request in the proper format in a new thread on the Guilds Mission Board that you want to offer it to, you may post on multiple guild mission boards but once the request is taken, you must remove the request from the other boards.
Guild leaders reserve the right to refuse job requests
Example:
When accepting jobs, new boards may become visible. This is where your job will take place. A thread may be prepared to set the scene, then the job can officially begin.
Not all missions are going to be successful. Fights will be lost, people may die, it's just a way of life. Sometimes Random Events might just through a wrench in an otherwise smooth mission. In fact, some missions may be doomed from the start. If this is the case, the leader of the group (or the person on the mission) will be advised of such situations and the explanation as to why.
